UK Drain ProUnited Kingdom

Blocked drain services across the UK

A blocked toilet, foul smell from an inspection chamber, slow sinks across the house or a planned CCTV survey: tell us what is happening. We will arrange a visit to inspect the drain, then a clear written plan — no package prices, no sales script.

Blocked drains & CCTV surveys

From emergency blocked drains to CCTV surveys — what we help with.

Blocked drain and drain cleaning services across the UK

Homes need clear drains every day, and most problems show up as a blocked toilet, foul smell, shared drain issue or roots in clay joints. UK Drain Pro focuses on finding the blockage and planning the right clear — in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds and throughout the UK.

Some jobs only need a fixture cleared; others need high-pressure jetting or a CCTV drain survey. The visit decides, not a sales script.

Straight answers on cost

Costs depend on access, pipe condition and the equipment required, and we explain them after the visit. Our cost guide lists the factors that drive the price.

Areas we cover

Local pages for London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds and more, with housing stock, pipe types, climate and the authorities that operate sewers.

How we work

  1. Send the form with your town, property type and what is happening.
  2. We get back to you to talk it through and arrange a visit.
  3. The drain or sewer line is inspected on site, and you receive a written scope and estimate to approve.
  4. Agreed clearing, jetting or camera work follows the scope, with notes for your records.

Our process in detail

Quick answers

How do I get help?

Send the request form with your town, property type and what is happening. It is open 24/7.

Do you inspect before quoting?

Yes. Lines differ from property to property, so the drain is inspected on site before a written estimate is given.

Is my blockage on a private drain or a water-company sewer?

Drains serving only your property are usually private; sewers serving more than one property are generally the water company’s responsibility. The visit helps identify which applies.

Are prices listed?

No. Estimates follow an on-site assessment.
